W2 employee with 2 year work history at same employer (must have filed 2010 tax returns)
Property must be single-family and a primary residence and a purchase transaction
Credit score must be 680 or above with no disputed accounts
Must provide all income/asset documentation upfront to loan officer
Purchase contract must be fully executed (signed by all parties)
Loan must close under First Liberty's name (brokered loans are not eligible)
10 business day time frame starts when loan is submitted to our processing staff pending all qualifications above are met

Who is ineligible for this program?

Delays with scheduling appraisals or issues with value of property
Delays with payoff information on current loan or sellers property
Delays with the title company
Delays with acquiring an FHA case number
Short Sales
